The use of common areas is permitted for all guests who are previously registered here on this platform, but please follow the guidelines for each specific area.
To ensure comfort and good relations among everyone, we ask that you pay attention to the condominium regulations:
1. Speakers: the use of speakers is not allowed in the common areas.
2. Smoking: smoking is prohibited in all common areas of the building.
3. Alcoholic beverages: consuming alcoholic beverages is not allowed in the common areas.
4. Guests: the use of common areas is exclusive to residents and tenants who have been previously registered. External visitors are not permitted.
Common sense is always welcome!
In general, these rules are standard in most condominiums, but if you have any questions, request a copy of the rulebook. You are required to follow them.
VERY IMPORTANT: if you need a crib or extra bedding, please let us know as soon as you make your reservation. As it is quite uncommon for a compact unit, we offer rental: 250 reais per week (the partner company does not offer daily rentals).
