NOTE: We are very close to Congonhas Airport, less than 5 minutes by car with an app or taxi. Of course, this brings a bit of noise, but nothing too loud when the windows are closed and the air conditioning is on. If you are sensitive to noise, please keep this in mind. To comply with condo rules, you need to provide a photo of your official photo ID (CPF for Brazilians and passport for foreigners). The use of common areas is allowed for all guests who have been registered in advance on this platform, but please follow the guidelines for each space. To ensure comfort and good coexistence for everyone, please pay attention to the condo rules: 1. Speakers: the use of speakers is not allowed in the common areas. 2. Smoking: smoking is prohibited in all common areas of the building. 3. Drinks: consuming alcoholic beverages is not allowed in the common areas. 4. Guests: the use of common areas is exclusive to registered residents and tenants—external visitors are not authorized. Common sense is always welcome! In general, the rules are standard for most condos, but if you have any questions, ask for a copy of the rule book. You must follow them. VERY IMPORTANT: if you need a crib or extra bedding, let us know as soon as you make your reservation. Since this is quite uncommon for a compact unit, we offer rental: 250 reais per week (our partner company does not offer daily rentals).
