To ensure everyone's comfort and harmonious coexistence, please pay attention to the building's regulations: 1. Speakers: the use of speakers is not allowed in the common areas. 2. Smoking: smoking is prohibited in all common areas of the building. 3. Alcohol: the consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted in the common areas. 4. Guests: the use of common areas is exclusive to residents and tenants who have been registered in advance. External visitors are not allowed.

ATTENTION: Guests have access to the garage, open areas, and of course, the apartment itself. Restricted areas such as the gym, swimming pool, hot tubs, sports court, etc. are for the exclusive use of residents and tenants with reservations longer than 27 days. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

For tenants staying for 28 days or more, access to the common areas is available only for registrations made from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 6 PM. Access is exclusively for guests registered in the reservation. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

The rules are the responsibility of the condominium and may be changed without prior notice.
