The use of common areas is allowed for all guests previously registered on this platform, but please follow the guidelines for each space.
To ensure everyone's comfort and good coexistence, please pay attention to the condominium rules:
1. Speakers: the use of speakers is not allowed in the common areas.
2. Smoking: smoking is prohibited in all common areas of the building.
3. Drinks: alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the common areas.
4. Guests: the use of the common areas is exclusive to registered residents and tenants — external visitors are not authorized.
5. For the pool area, do not bring glass bottles or cups.
Common sense is always welcome! In general, these rules are standard in most condominiums, but if you have any questions, request a copy of the rulebook. You must follow them.
VERY IMPORTANT: If you need extra bedding or a crib, let us know as soon as you make the reservation. Since renting children's items is very uncommon for a compact unit, we offer rentals: 250 reais per week (the partner company does not offer daily rates). Please ask for details and available models.
This one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen will keep you comfortable for as long as you stay in São Paulo. There is a large smart TV for watching your favorite movies and shows. Air conditioning and heating ensure you remain comfortable no matter the weather outside. High-speed fiber optic internet is exclusive to this unit. Enjoy a wonderful rooftop pool as well. All of this is right next to Pereira Coutinho square and very close to Ibirapuera Park, one of the best in the city. It is the perfect combination for working, exercising, exploring the city in style, and staying in a prime location.
The apartment and all the accessories are available for your use, please treat them as if they were your own. We have a small collection of vinyl records that you are welcome to listen to as much as you like. They are no longer produced, so enjoy them with care. I'm sure you will want to come back again!
